Novia Dami Ak Joseph

Novia began her journey as an Occupational Therapist in 2021 upon graduation. She started her career at Health Clinic Senggarang in Batu Pahat, Johor, where she worked with a diverse range of diagnosis and developmental concerns. As an occupational therapist, Novia specializes in supporting children’s overall development and well-being. She assesses and creates individualized treatment plans to help children achieve developmental milestones, whether it involves overcoming sensory processing challenges, enhancing motor skills, or gaining independence in daily tasks. Novia strongly believes that family support is crucial for a child’s development, especially before entering a school-based setting. She strives to create an environment where children can thrive, fostering both personal growth and emotional well-being.

Novia enjoys traveling and engaging in outdoor activities, such as paintball and ATV riding.
